- The project goal was to provide AAA Colorado, Inc. with needed expansion space while providing an updated, state-of-the-art facility to serve their large customer base. Brick masonry patterning, entry canopies and a new main lobby were features added to highlight the design.
- The corporate facility provides travel services including a large presentation facility, 24-hour emergency dispatch, new corporate offices and employee amenities including a break room facility and fitness center. Other features include a redesigned computer room, installation of a back-up generator and basement level loading and storage.
- Construction and design incorporated a full design/build team approach. Schedule, budget and design ideals were all strictly adhered to and provided the client with a successful project that was delivered on schedule and on budget.
- Design Services also included design of several satellite facilities including Centennial Promenade at Park Meadows, Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
